Description of 1978 Honda Accord

I don't have enough time this year to drive or work on this bad boy. For that I'm very sad. However that means someone else can enjoy her now.
Runs but needs an engine rebuild (valve cover gasket, low compression on 3rd piston, intake lobe on camshaft #4 worn, so has trouble getting highway speeds) and a little transmission love (slowly leaking gasket, grinds periodically in 2nd, may be synchro rings). I drive locally every day, but it does need work to function at 100%. This is a project.
The interior & exterior are truly immaculate, nothing is broken or missing, great electrical, upholstery/carpet, no leaks, no rust. Garage kept most of it's life in New Mexico.
Odometer is correct and oh so incredibly low for a CVCC. Clean title. Smogged through June.
