The engine was rebuilt several years ago and has been driven very little since full rebuild. This Jaguar does everythingright, like a well maintained car should. The drive is great, the engine is strong with good oil pressure, and normal operating temperature. The transmission shifts correctly and smoothly, the clutch is firm and smooth. The brakes work correctly with no binding or dragging. There have been some very nice upgrades to this Jaguar, both mechanical and visual. The electrics operate correctly. This Jaguar is ready to be driven and enjoyed.
The body is in excellent shape with No accidents or rust issues. The body is very straight. This is as solid an E-Type as you will find. The floors do have some jack damage on both sides (please view pictures). The paint is an older repaint that shows well and is presentable. the chrome is in very good conditionthru out this Jaguar. The interior is in excellent condition, the carpets are like new, the dash top has been replaced, the seats are recovered in soft black leather. The soft top is in good condition with a clear rear window.
