Description of 1973 Jeep Commando

Up for sale is my two owner 1973 Jeep Commando 4x4. There are only 45. 65 original miles on this Jeep. It has been cared for well by its first owner- was purchased to have at his camp as a run around vehicle. I bought it for the same- just didn't have the camp to take it to. I have only put about 500 miles on it and has mostly been in my garage getting dusty. The jeep is overall in great shape- I have done multiple things to it so that it would be more reliable vs. doing when things break down- proactive in this area!- please see the explanations on this page- I am by no means a mechanic so I had everything done by a local garage that I trust. It easily passes inspection. can be a daily driver- it does NOT have air conditioning. The body paint is new in the last 1. 5 years. and shines nicely in the sun. People constantly give the look and ask about it. multiple people keep asking when I am going to sell it. well. now is the time- and I will post this locally as well. I will include pictures for you to look at and if you need additional photos please let me know. I am happy to provide them. This by no means is a newer vehicle so please expect it to behave like a 40+ year vehicle should- there are some things still to do-- I would put on all new gaskets. the new shocks squeak at the bushings- need lube on but I don't like doing that kind of thing. But you can drive it right out of here. runs smooth but like a vehicle of its age- you feel the road ( it is a jeep of course). I am NOT getting divorced. I am NOT terminally ill. I am NOT in financial distress so I am NOT just giving this away. Please bid if you want this vehicle. I will let it go for fair price. I am not looking to get rich on this or to make a profit really. just ready to free up some room in my garage.
