FIRST TIME OFFERED ON EBAY SINCE I BOUGHT IT. I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SELL IT BUT I HAVE OVER 20 CARS AND SOME OF THEM HAVE TO GO! I DONT HAVE TO SELL THEM ALL SO I AM GOING TO SELL SOME. YOU CAN CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS, T TAKES ME A WHILE TO LIST THEM SO CHECK BACK. I AM NOT A DEALER JUST A GUY THAT HAS A LOT OF CARS OVER MY LIFETIME. THERE IS A VERY LOW RESERVE ON THIS CAR AND I EXPECT IT WILL GO FAR OVER IT, T LEAST I HOPE SO.NOW ABOUT THE CAR IT IS A 1962 AND AS YOU KNOW THE BEST YEAR TO OWN (MINE AND MANY OTHERS OPINION) I KEEP IT IN A GARAGE UNDER A HOUSE AND HAVE MY MECHANIC THAT LIVES IN THE HOUSE KEEP IT UP AND START IT UP EVERY WEEK OR MORE. British motor corporation engine codes :- 16 = 1600cc...G = MG. C = last series which was 1622cc with stronger crank. U = center gearshift.. (the 1622 the '16GA' was unique to the mga the engine stamp near left motor mount is 1622 tac is cable driven head is stamped 16 color was originally white (best i can see looked all over trunk seems like original paint inside)

thank all of you that educated me on mga codes and stampings. The mga fans out there are amazing, really hate selling this car but i have bills to pay and I have too many cars. please look at my other auctions i will be selling some other interesting cars as well. right now i have a 1939 Packard that is the one i put in shows and parades it has a 350 chevy drive train and is dependable driver. I had 21 cars and I'm 62 my storage bills are over 1700 a month time to trim down. sometimes reality kicks in lol this mga is one of my favorite cars but i have some big money in a couple of old corvette convertibles and Im going to stick with them. thanks and happy bidding. as i said i am willing to transport from key west to homestead or miami free of charge as i live part time in key west and part time in homestead and have a dually and a flatbed trailer.
