| Up for auction is this very nice 1968 Hurst Olds. The car was bought new in Kansas City where it stayed till the second owner bought the car and brought it to Indiana where it has always been stored inside. This Hurst os 1 of 515 made and 1 of 155 with factory A/C. The Hurst Olds is a numbers matching car and the 455ci Olds Rocket runs nice and smooth! The odometer is showing 89,000 miles and that is original to the car. The Hurst transmission also is original to the car and shifts nice and smooth, p and down. The brake work was being done six years ago when it was determined that the dual caliper pistons needed rebuilt. It has not been done and we only know of a few people that know how to do it. It is very costly and has not been done yet. The brakes will need to be finished before the car can be driven. The engine has never been out of the car and as you can see from the pictures that it has been cleaned up and looks nice. The car has received one repaint several years ago and also from the pictures you will see that it is not perfect but very nice. The chrome is all there and in great condition. The entire interior is original and has never been out of the car. This is an outstanding car and it sounds as good as it looks!
