Description of 1965 Ford Mustang

Great project. 1965 Mustang coupe with 289 V8 engine . vehicle has been in storage for last 25 years. owner has done recent tune up. Mustang currently runs and sounds good has noisy flex plate at automatic transmission. Good compression runs well. the automatic transmission needs work. current owner had planned to convert to manual gearbox. The floors and body are solid. some small dents in the body from storage facility on fender. Current owner purchased this Mustang primarily because original color was Mustang Burgundy with black interior. A great combination. Also has black pony bucket seats black original to vehicle. Your will need to do some minor body work either leave yellow or paint to factory Burgundy red. Many body panels replaced 25 years ago when new floors installed see list below. The vehicle will need new brakes installed to make it safe to drive. If you are an overseas buyer we can arrange to redo the brake system prior to export for an additional charge. We are located approximate 2 hours from the New Jersey docks for export. The fee to transport the car to the docks is approximately 600 US dollars. Also included with the vehicle are many additional parts required to complete the restoration. We have listed below some additional parts which were already installed during the initial restoration. This work would cost thousands into today's market and have already been done. Hipo Camshaft 271 and 289 block aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold. new Autolite 4100 Carburetor. Shelby Tri-Y exhaust headers. nd the original style Mustang GT exhaust system. If you are an overseas buyer we can recommend a transporter. In addition most overseas auto transporters can assist with vehicle pickup. They will require a bill of sale and either a title or registration. Important many states no longer provide titles. Connecticut no longer issues titles for vehicles over 25 years old. We will provide a registration in the current owners name and a Bill of Sale. Payment. We require a deposit of 300 dollars within 48 hours of sale completion . full payment within 7 to 10 days depending on Buyers location. Funds must be in the form of a wire transfer or cash. US Postal Money order for deposit via express mail or Fedex. Pickup obviously we would like the vehicle picked up as soon as possible.
