1969 Pontiac Firebird Call 440-914-0000 or email sales@mcgohio. com 1969 Pontiac Firebird Pro Touring Multiple award winner Rotisserie restored. highly detailed Pontiac 400ci engine. TH400 transmission Power windows. door latches. more Full custom interior. trunk An amazing rumble. great stance and lots of details! Just in is this gorgeous 1969 Firebird. thoroughly reimagined and completely sorted. It's a multiple Goodguys award winner. a PPG display car. and a really cool custom. Outside. you'll find a very contemporary color scheme over subtle body modifications. The front bumper is so well integrated by Pontiac that it's a customizer's dream. and it looks great painted in conjunction with the body. The center vertical divider is gone. and the grille area's gaping mouth with a black mesh insert looks tough. Four H4 crystal cut halogen headlamps look and function better than anything available in 1969. There's a Formula hood up top with snarling snorkels. another great Pontiac design which looks fantastic. The fenders are just about stock. save for the shaved emblems and side marker lights. The door handles and locks have been smoothed. and when you get to the quarter panels the paint really comes together: Instead of a simple pinstripe. there's a very interesting opalescent black accent below the quarter windows that plays off of the lines of both the quarter panel top and wheelwell. Moving to the rear. you'll find a custom rear pan that both deletes and mimics the bumper. It matches the bottoms of the quarter panels. and the pinch welds are no longer the lowest part of the profile. A set of Billet Specialties wheels. 18's up front and 20's out back. set the stance. This is a great looking car from any angle. Inside. the custom dash grabs everyone's attention. The center "beak" whimsically pays tribute to the Firebird name while packing some serious visual firepower. Strapped to the color matched steering column are two chrome bullets housing Auto Meter Ultra Lite gauges for speed and revs while three more gauges are on the custom console in the center. There's a Billet Specialties wheel in your hands and a chrome Corvette shift knob on the Hurst Quarter Stick at your side. The fourth gen Firebird seats sport custom stitched covers and deleted headrests. and the driver's side is even powered. A Pioneer head unit. Polk Audio speakers and Rockford Fosgate amps keep your ears entertained. The door panels are completely fabricated from the armrests to the paneling. The rear seat bottoms were also pilfered from the 4th gen and there's a matching consolette between them. Under the hood is some serious Poncho power. with 400 cubic inches equaling 456 horsepower. A big Lunati cam with 292/292 duration and . 490 inches of lift creates a mean staccato idle. A Barry Grant Demon carb sends fuel into an Edelbrock intake and on to a set of forged pistons and a balanced rotating assembly. MSD handles the spark while headers carry away the exhaust. The engine compartment is as detailed as the rest of the car. with painted wheelwells. a fabricated firewall. a core support closeout panel and a complete hood liner. It'll wow even the most jaded guys at a car show. Underneath. you'll find even more silver paint and more detailing. Subframe connectors tighten up the chassis. there's a stout turbo 400 trans in the tunnel and a 12 bolt out back. Afco coilovers are up front with lowering block on new leaf springs out back. There's a fat sway bar to keep things level. and a full set of Wilwood brakes to bring you to a stop. A new fuel tank. Holley red pump. and all new lines ensure a trouble-free motoring experience. This car was built to drive. Power. attitude and slick styling touches set this Firebird apart from its peers. Come listen to its rumble. see its bodywork and be wowed. and then take it home!
