Description of 1976 Porsche 911 707 HP Turbo Monster !!!!

Please please only commit to buy if you intend on buying AND have the money as to not waste my time like the 2 last guys.
This is a car that Joe Essa built for himself to use as a driver / shop car. The idea was for it to be a reliable monster. for those of you in the know, Essa Tech builds monster turbo cars in south florida.
It started out as a clean, rust free 70k original mile 1976 912E and it went crazy from there. the car puts out 707hp to the wheels on 18 lbs of boost and at a very conservative 12 lbs it puts out 498 rwhp on pump gas. there is a fuel cell up front running dual fuel pumps
The car has a fiberglass 993 turbo wide body kit painted seal grey. Looks great. the front lip and driver door jamb have a couple of little spots that need a little attention but otherwise it looks great. the sunroof open and closes but it does not pop up at the very end when it closes. the car also has a/c which needs a charge.
the wheels are BBS E26's 17x 9&12's with brand new toyo R888 in 235/45 and 315/35 sizes.
the motor started out as a 3.2 and is now a 3.4, single Turbonetics turbo, twin plug, custom equal length headers with borla muffler, custom intake made from a 3.2 intake, Tech3 engine management, pauter rods, cams, stainless ring head seals, huge intercooler which is sealed with the decklid closed for optimal cooling. the engine hunts for idle when cold but once it warms up it smooths out. engine has low miles since built as it hasn't been driven much over the past few years.
the transmission is a reinforced 993 6 speed that shifts perfect. the pedal cluster was changed out to a late 80's carrera for the hydraulic clutch.
there are 2 oil coolers up front. one in the stock location and another in the front dam.
the front suspension has bilstein coilovers, 993 brakes, brake cooling kit, through the body sway bar
the rear suspension has adjustable sway bar, bilstein 964 cup coilovers, 930 trailing arms, 930 brakes
car has a roll bar with some pretty hefty cross bracing with 5 point harnesses
i'm sure i'm leaving out a bunch of stuff. all top notch components used in this build
located in hollywood, fl
clean and clear title in my name
a $500 non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon commitment to buy. the balance must be paid within 7 days as well as the car picked up.
again, sorry for this but the last 2 guy committed to buy and had no money
