Description of 1974 Volkswagen Thing

Selling a 1974 Volkswagen Type 181 Thing.
It runs and drives excellent. Everything electrical works (headlights, turn signals, horn, wipers, etc).
The front seats have tears and have covers on them now. The top is in pretty good shape. It does have some tears that a previous owner patched. The top goes up and down very easily.
I have a book with the original owners manual, a service manual, and receipts going back to the 90s.
It has 94,400 miles on it. The engine was replaced with a rebuilt engine at 66,521. Comes with receiptshowing this.
It has had a paint job at some point in its life. The yellow is a little lighter than the original yellow that it was. It is not a show car, but it is in good shape for a driver.
Underneath the car is very solid. The only trouble spot I know of is on the rockers below the green on "The Thing" decal which looks to have been repaired with bondo and is separating.
