Description of 1941 Willys Americar - All Steel

All Steel and documented Race History. 1964 NHRA Best Engineered raced by Elverne Pfeiffer from Kenosha, I. This car is museum quality but can still be driven on the street.

The car looks and plays the part and isfrequently driven down the road. It is not just a trailer queen. We have participated in Hot Rod of the Year tour, odder's Journal tour in Baltimore, D, nd other driving events. It goes straight down the road and it easy to drive. We have all the right parts, way bars, uspension to make it handle nice.

ALL STEEL (EVERY PART IS STEEL - NOTHING FAKE!), riginal trim (grill, ide trim, oor handles, eck lid trim, indow cranks, tc.), wo sets of headers (zoomie headers shown as well as complete header that ties into the exhaust under the car that remains in place), ntire body painted inside and out (hours upon hours spent painting, anding and buffing inside the complete body - it is beautiful), ven the floors in the trunk are painted slick to match which looks amazing against the brushed aluminum trim. The front-end slides off body/cage in one piece. Full roll cage, ll chrome front suspension (entire rear-end chrome, hrome ladder bars, tc.), ll-chrome window trim throughout the car, ne-off head rests for comfort and racing, nbsp;door pins so doors can be pulled off, nbsp;all-aluminum interior panels by Lo Man Rods in Tipp City, H, eather seats by Lyons Interiors in Brookville, H, ne off parts all over the car including: (complete hand made tach, achined column drop, achined shift handle, achined head rests, achined and polished hood supports (under hood), nner fender braces polished, attery boxes and straps, adder bars made by Lo Man Rods, achined center caps for the wheels by Lo Man Rods. Lo Man Rods made both sets of headers and all the one-off parts throughout the car. Nothing was left untouched and was made to resemble what it looked like in 1964 with a few more extras to give it an award winning "Best Engineered" attitude again. The zoomie headers were custom made to match the polished stacks for the Hillborn Injection (Lo Man Rods). Every bolt on the entire car is stainless and machine turned! The entire body is gapped to perfection along with the fenders to the body. All the metal work completed by the pros at Lo Man Rods. Custom firewall and sides by the firewall so that the hood fits flush and not just rubbing against the body like a typical steel hood fits.
