Description of 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS - LS6

1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS X33 I am selling my beautiful 1969 Camaro SS. This is an original big block X33 SS. It was born as a 375/396. M-22 RockCrusher 4 Speed. 12 Bolt Posi Heavy Duty Rear-end. Power Disc Brakes. Black Interior W/console & gage package. Now for the Upgrades: The 396 engine is replaced with a LS6 GM Performance Crate Motor… But. with some upgrades to it also read below. A Giant B-Cool Aluminum Radiator with large duel fans keeps the 550 PLUS horses running cool. The Original M-22 and 12 Bolt remain… But also with some Upgrades (See Below). The Factory gages were also Upgrades with Precision White Face Pro-Comp Gages. The Power Disc Brakes received a major Upgrade. Now SSBC (Stainless Steel Brake Company) 4 Wheel 13” drilled and slotted rotors / Calipers / Master Cylinder / Booster !! New Painless Wiring throughout the car. Vintage AC & Heat has been installed… but not fully. The hard part is done. all under dash through firewall is complete and everything from firewall to engine comes with the car for installation. NOTHING MISSING !! This car was recently taken completely apart. painted with PPG base coat/clear coat Viper Red. The car may be just shy of Barrett-Jackson. but I guarantee it will take home the 1st place trophy at your local car show. The paint is not perfect with a fish eye or two (no nicks or dings) but it Shines like it was painted last week and is much much better than driver quality. The doors look to be in NEW condition and all sheet metal appears Bondo free. It has a new vinyl top. new bumpers. door handles. front & rear glass sealed. The car had a frame off restoration several years ago. but garaged kept and has seen little sun light since. New Prothane Bushings & Mounts throughout the car. Look at the under carriage photos. The motor is STRONG & trans shifts very smooth. You can drive this car anywhere as she was built for dependability. It has a 308 gear. I know what you’re thinking… 308… but make no mistake. this is the correct gear. The LS6 does not care what gear it has in back. as it will boil the tires at will…. And. drive 70 MPH at 2600 RPM’s…. the best of both worlds !! The power steering and Power Disc Brakes make it fun to drive anywhere. Interior: Is in nice shape and needs nothing. The new Pro-Comp Gages work Perfectly !! New Painless 17 Point Wiring. After completion of the AC install. I’m sure it will be a pleasure to drive anywhere. Lifters & Rockers Heads: 14096188 – 118cc Rectangular port 325cc intake. The 2. 19 int valves were replaced with 2. 25 and the combustion chambers were cut to un-shroud the valves. This alone – Adds 40 to 70 HP to a BBC !! Big Tube Ceramic Coated Headers. W/ Torque Tech Inc 3” X-Crossover High Performance Exhaust and Flow Master Mufflers. Quick Fuel 850 Carb – worked on! MSD 6al ignition box & MSD distributor Transmission: Original M-22 “RockCrusher” 4 Speed. Rebuilt with all NEW Internal Parts. (Gears. Synchronizers. Bearings etc…) by JW Performance in Rockledge Fl.
