Description of 1985 BMW 3-Series

Selling a car that we built here in shop. The car is fully functional and was built to be a track car.
Car started as a 1985 BMW 318i coupe 4 cylinder 5 speed manual with only 70k miles on it.
Donor car was a 2001 Camaro SS with an LS1/T56 with 115k miles on it. We have put about 1500 miles on the car mixed between weekend driving and track time at VIR.

There is NO A/C but it is wired for AC. The rpm gauge does not work and the temp gauge does not work. Has been recently repainted, no rust spots.This car could be used as a daily driver if wanted or track car with a nice cage put in.
I have every receipt for the car totaling over $25k not including my mechanics hard time out into this which would easily put it closer to $30k. Title in hand and also have title for the camaro donor car if anyone wants it.
