Description of 1954 DeSoto Powermaster 2 door

I have for sale my 1954 Desoto Powermaster. It has a 12 volt electrical system, flat head 6 cylinder engine and a 2 speed automatic transmission. The car was undercoated from the factory so the rust is very minimal. There is some rust in the passengers front floor. The drivers floor inspection cover is in bad shape. The floor around the cover is solid. The lower rockers have some rust and around the body bolts in the trunk there is some rust. The spare tire well was rusted out. A replacement well is included and set in place of the old well. (not installed)
The car is very complete and i did have it running on a gas bottle (it will need a replacement gas tank) and temporary ignition wiring about a year ago.The car rolls, steers and stops with the emergency brake. I will assist with loading the car if transporting it is necessary. Shipping arrangements are up to the winning bidder.
I will require a $500.00 deposit at auction end and I also reserve the right to end the auction as i have the car for sale locally.
