1961 Starliner Hi-Po. Factory 390/ 3 speed OD WITH 356 Equalock. Factory black with red interior. Now has complete 68 428 police interceptor with top loader 4 speed. 428 aluminum intake with the correct 390 Hi-Po carburetor. 427 dual point. Factory cast iron headers. 3 inch brake drums.
