Description of 1971 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

1971 low light westy in poor but restorable condition. Runs and drives as is and has a newly rebuilt 1600cc dual port engine with a few modifications. you can get in and drive this bus as it sets but I recommend towing it or having it trailered due to the tires being rotted. I rescued this from a 10+ year storage and spent just a few hours on it to get it road worthy. All it needed was a battery,fresh ga, set of points and a rear shifter coupler. That is the extent of what I have done or will do to it. It's up to the new owner to restore or continue to drive it . Most everything works on it with the exception of a few bulbs and the fuel gauge. The vehicle has lots of rust over the entire lower 1/3rd of it. Someone spray foamed the whole underside and engine compartment for some reason. The interior is the vehicles strong point. It is very decent and has a childs cot and the top bunk in very good shape.
